The aim of 'Online Personal Training' is to hit a greater audience nationwide and even worldwide. Using either non-live or live video calling, you can be trained from your PC in your own living room at a smaller price than you would pay for a normal personal training session. So, if you live abroad and need that truly professional service with an outstanding fitness result, VisionFit is who you should video call on.
Non-Live Webcam PT
Personalised video clips to suit your needs are sent from the trainer via email. The client in turn can video record them self performing the various exercises. Their technique can then be analysed, and personalised instructions with video footage if necessary can be sent back with the aim to correct any faults, to motivate and congratulate the efforts made.
Live Webcam PT
Personal Training through a live webcam. All the benefits of the non-live service with more. All sessions are done through the internet. Ideal if you are abroad and looking for the best way to get expert personal training from a professional trainer at a great price.
