Our outdoor classes are fun, action packed and so exciting! (Testimonials from members) Our members love the unpredictability and the variety of each session from week to week. Working within a group can be so rewarding and motivating. With so many different fitness levels taking part in our classes, you are bound to find someone who can challenge you. But what makes this more enjoyable for our participants is the social aspect - meeting new people and making great new friends is one of the many reasons why you will keep coming back.
 
With a VisionFit class, you are guaranteed improved fitness results, every time! You would pay on average £40, sometimes more, to have a session with a personal trainer to increase your exercise intensity. Just £4 a class, do you really want to be left out? Commit to a month and save even more!
All VisionFit classes are one hour in duration, unless stated otherwise on the timetable. Classes are illustrated on our Community Timetable. Phone/Text to book a place, then meet at the stated venue.
 
Monitoring your progress
We keep a record of how you are performing in your classes. This is so we can monitor your progress and take necessary action. We take your fitness seriously and aim to help you improve with every class. In both our running and walking clubs, we will keep track of your approximate mileage, daily and monthly. We run fitness test in these classes too; a short sprint and a one mile run, whereas our walking club has a half mile walk. Results can be found via our Download Centre.

Running Club
We coach and support you to maximise your performance. Benefits include fat burning, improved cardiovascular fitness, building leg strength, reduced injury risk and achieving personal bests!
 
Walking Club
Are you new to exercise? This class is perfect if you struggle with a high intensity level, such as running. Suitable for absolutely every age, size or gender. A friendly, social atmosphere which will keep you coming back. Achieve something great, join us today.
 
Outdoor Circuits
An action packed class full of fun exercises and different challenges using mostly body weight and partner resistance to tone up those muscles - you're certain to achieve REAL fitness gains!

Indoor Circuits
In this action packed class, you will be split into a group relating to your fitness level, so that nobody is left behind and everyone is left feeling challenged and exhilarated. This class uses body weight, partner resistance and/or simple equipment that gives you REAL fitness gains!
 
Cross Country Running Club
Cross country running is a different challenge to road running placing more resistance on the body. As a result, you will burn more calories, and benefit from be breathing in the fresh country air and view breath-taking scenery.
