Our outdoor classes are fun, action packed and so exciting! (see what our members have to say) Our members love the unpredictability and the variety of each session from week to week. Working within a group can be so rewarding and motivating. With so many different fitness levels taking part in our classes, you are bound to find someone who can challenge you. But what makes this more enjoyable for our participants is the social aspect - meeting new people and making great new friends is one of the many reasons why you will keep coming back.
 
With a VisionFit class, you are guaranteed fitness results every time. You would pay around £40 and more to have a session with a personal trainer to increase your exercise intensity. For just £3 per class, do you really want to be left out? Commit to a month and save even more!

Monitoring your progress
We keep a record of how you are performing in your classes. This is so we can monitor your progress and take necessary action. We take your fitness seriously and aim to help you improve every class. In both our running and walking clubs, we will keep track of your approximate mileage, daily and monthly, throughout the whole year! Our running club has two types of fitness test; a 130 metre sprint and a one mile run, whereas our walking club has a half mile walk. Running Club
We coach and support you to maximise your performance. Benefits include fat burning, improved cardiovascular fitness, building leg strength, reduced injury risk and achieving personal bests! PLUS, we donate to charity for every mile you run.
 
Thursday 6:10 pm for beginners(a step forward from Walking Club)– Fitness First Purley, CR8 3AA
Thursday 7:00 pm for intermediate (1 hour class, £4) – Fitness First Purley, CR8 3AA
Sunday 11:30 am, 10km time trial (first Sunday of each month) – Fitness First Purley, CR8 3AA
 
Walking Club
Are you new to exercise? This class is perfect if you struggle with the intensity of running. Suitable for absolutely every age, size or gender. A friendly, social atmosphere which will keep you coming back. Achieve something great, join us today. PLUS, we donate to charity for every mile you walk.

Outdoor Adventure Circuits
An action packed class full of fun exercises and different challenges using mostly body weight and partner resistance to tone up those muscles - you're certain to achieve REAL fitness gains!

Cross Country Running Club
Cross country running is a different challenge to road running placing more resistance on the body. As a result, you will burn more calories, and benefit from be breathing in the fresh country air and view breath-taking scenery. Remember, we donate to charity for every mile you run.

FREE Taster Class -
Invite as many of your family, friends or work colleagues as you like to come along to our once a month free taster class. Combining our walking, running and circuit classes into one 45 minute session.
